All the knobs and throttle quadrant can be disassembled and treated to

your contentment.  All of our projects get this treatment (over 30 parts

per aircraft) with epoxy paint and are clear coated for wear - with great

results that replicate the original design.  It's a time consuming

process, but the results are "better than new."  We powder coat these

things in the jets, but that's metal.  Plastic can be powder coated,

particularly nylon based materials, but I'm not sure what our stuff is

made from.
