SERV:

 

I have been talking to a few SERV members about having a fly in / drive in  

around the Winston/Greensobro area .... Larry Bowen and I would try to put  on. 

 Most of our get togethers now involve flying to destinations ... we  started 

as a builders group with no flying planes ... this could give the local  

builders a chance to see lots of RVs and get some deals too !!

 

Thoughts behind it would be a "Fly Market" type approach where you could  buy 

or sell all those left over parts or instruments ....we could set up display  

tables, etc and have builders from all around come in to either buy or  sell. 

 I know I have enough extra items to build another plane  ....

 

Would love to get some feedback and gauge interest ??

I'm a builder about an hour from the Winston -

Greensboro area, working on wings for an 8. 

Definitely interested!

Sound like a great idea.  I would be interested.  I'm sure I could scrounge

up a few items to get rid of.



Sounds like the 1st annual SERV fly-in, drive-in, flea market.

I'm always looking for chances to get together with my SERV friends.  Let's do it.

 

On that note, I think it might be best to accomodate Wayne's call schedule and set the Stormy's event for June 24. I'm determined not to give that rascal any more excuses

Len, the RV guys down in this neck of the woods are always looking for a 

good place to go on a Saturday, so let us know when and at what loaction at 

INT, and we'll be there. Let me know if we can bring anything besides hunger 

and good stories/lies.
