What does a revision mean if you can no longer access that area without ripping a major portion of the plane apart? It obviously is not a service bulletin.

This one will be obvious to anyone who installed a quadrant.
It's not a major ordeal. It would affect earlier QB kits
for sure. The original plans show the quadrant bracket
backwards...and if you try to install the quadrant like that,
you quickly see it doesn't work. So, you flip it, and it
works. I had to do this back in 2005...they're just finally
getting around to publishing the drawing update...probably
because they're tired of answering the question on the
phone.
But, it's no major problem, and you'd find it for sure
during quadrant install.
