My take on the last batch of paper I got (which sounds like what Paul got)
is that someone went in and found that his kit was almost ready to ship,
with his name on parts and boxes. He is saying that since he paid the money
(thank goodness he hadn't paid them all of the almost $70,000 he had agreed
to buy from them!), he has the right to the parts and not the bankruptcy
court. So he is therefore asking for the court to release the parts to him
instead of including them in Skystar's fire sale. I could be wrong but this
is what it looked like to me in "nonlawyerspeak" terms. Just for interest
sake, there are almost 170 personal (builders) names on the list.

I remember from my business law classes that the allocation of goods
is of special meaning. Even to the point of bearing the risk of loss
as from a fire. If it applies here, which it well might, the
allocated parts are his.
