Anybody out there use the U.M.A gauges? Are there any who have bad success with these? Good success?

Rich,

I have a UMA airspeed indicator and as far as I can tell, it works OK.

Rich:

Used UMA tach (Rotax), oil pressure, oil temp, coolant temp, and VSI for
200 hours without problems.

Of interest was the fact that when I went to get my Chinese built
altimeter calibrated to my transponder encoder the technician gave it a
50% chance of passing. It did pass but just (was sticky on pressure
increases). Next time I would spend the money to get a quality American
instrument (ie UMA).

the problem these days is to find goods not manufactured in China...

Just look at the labels on things around you, specially if bought in the past couple of years.
