What a shame that people have to plead to not be flamed.

Cal C there are several choices I know of but not in your immediate area. I was using Shearer Aviation (9D4) for a few years until I located Cecil Aero (58M) which is closer to my home base. Jay Shearer is a good no BS mechanic who will treat you well. Roger Robinson at Cecil Aero is an excellent choice as well but may be further than you want to travel. Either will allow to assist as much or as little as you wish should you desire that type of work. There is a Grumman shop at Donegal Springs (N71) who did some nice work on a windshield and canopy for me but there were some investigations by the OIG ongoing while I was there (unknown to me until later). I'll not go into any details here but they will never touch my plane again.

Sorry, I've been hit hard on other forums. Seems that some people think they know it all and want to let you know. I'm just a simple guy who loves to fly. Cal
