News report today.

A small engineering works in a little village about 20 miles from my home has built a `sky car`.
It is basically a road legal dune buggy with a large parafoil fitted. I believe that the engine drives the wheels on the ground and a prop while in the air.

The team have just returned home from a real `sky drive` adventure. They started from London with a big press covered event a short while ago and and drove and flew for 4000 miles to Timbuctoo. They came home yesterday.

No doubt there will be further details later on.

Pat,

That is in interesting vehicle for sure and has been in the aviation news for awhile.  I knew they had begun the journey but I didn't know they had completed it.
