I have installed a C-85-12 on my 701 with the Zenith factory mount. The horz. bar on top of the engine mount presents a problem with making a smooth cowling. If anyone has completed your cowl for a continental installation a picture of it would be helpful.

There is a 701 for sale on Barnstormers with a C85 but the pictures are quite vague.

Did you say Zenith factory mount? I didn't know that they supported anything but the Rotax. Is it made specifically for the 701 or did you modify it?

It is a factory mount built by Zenith for the 701 firewall. I just recently purchased it in December 08. I will send you a picture off the list.

Kevin, if I remember correctly, they have a mount available for the C-series and O-200 but that is about as far as the support goes since they are pretty heavy for a standard 701 installation.
