All,
I keep forgetting to ask - Has anyone experienced the Lightning Laugh recently? I suspect that Gary has, as he has been telling us about some of his fun flights in Arizona. Are you still laughing, Gary? And probably Lynn and Bear have as well, since they are in Florida. But it sure has been darn cold here on the east coast. So is anyone else experiencing that Lightning laugh every time you fly your Lightning? Better than an RV grin? Or a "store bought C, P or B" grimace? When you get done laughing, send me some works for the next newsletter. I am starting on the next issue of the newsletter now, since it is below freezing even during the warmest part of the day for a while. So get busy and give me something to do involving writing about flying.

Nope not this week, too cold and snow on Sunday, I did taxi down to the breakfast on saturday in the rain…..only plane there but it needed a bath any ways

Haven't seen much flying at Green Landings. We should see Charlie Keiths Lightning make its first flight in the next few weeks. We are waiting on an interior and some warmer weather. The freezing temps and strong winds will not give up this winter.RyanGreen Landings Flight Center

Buz,
I'm kind of laughing....I did fly my first flight in N82PB since she's been in florida this past saturday ...a nice 1 hour flight before the front moved through...a little rough below 2K, but above 2k hands off, auto pilot off and she flew straight as an arrow. a great little bird and FAST...Oh and why am I laughing...not only did I get to fly....but I HAD to mow the grass too!

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for the update on Charlie Keith and his jet. I have not seen or talked to him in a while, so I was starting to wonder. Tell him he can still get some time in 31BZ here in VA if he wants and that I will be happy to help out in any way. I will likely be going to SYI during the later part of this month and then of course to Sun 'n Fun 3 to 5 days early. Otherwise, will be home.
