3M makes some very good marine sealant/caulks. You will need to visit a
high-end marina, typically one who serves 30' or greater sail boats.
They will have an entire display of several to choose from. Decide if
you need perm or temp, adhesive or non, black or white...
btw: Could you run your posts through a spell check prior to pressing 'send'
