Hi!
I am on page 29-13 step 6. All the drawings sure look like the F 1013 longerons sit on top of the F 1001J gusset at the fire wall, but when you do this you lose the centerline of the longeron with the skin. Does the longeron actually go under the top of the gusset?
Enjoying this section believe it or not until now. After sleeping on this, I think that I may have drilled the longeron wrong because of a misinterpretation of the drawing.

Longeron as per plans set on top of gusset than matched drilled with 30 drill. longeron my have to be bent in line a little more to aline with skin holes.go back to page 29-3 and review. my skins line up perfict. good luck.

The longerons do sit on top of the gusset. I enjoyed this section a great deal myself, even though I made my first two perfect longerons exactly 1" short. Wait until you get to the point of attaching the skin to the longerons over this gusset, it's a real challange.
