I am replacing the original pitot/static probe with the Dynon AOA. Question; do you use the short or long (RV style) mounting bracket. Dynon recommends to have the probe at least 6" below the wing.

I called Dynon and made mine as they recommended, 6". I figured they know what it needs to be.
