Listers,

I am looking for a two button stick grip for my 701 project.

I looked on the RC Allen site but didn't see anything with two buttons. I have a radio that has provisions for a PTT and Memory. I would like to use one button for PTT and the other to scroll through the memory channels.

Many Thanks,

Tommy Walker in Alabama

Tommy I picked up some game controller joysticks that I will be using in my GlaStar . I just picked up one the other day, it was free on Craigslist and that one had two microswitch buttons. I bought one for $15 last year which had about 5 switches, that one goes on my stick Smile . I haven't looked into how they will mount to the stick yet but others have done the same thing so I am sure I can too.

Do you want exactly *two* buttons? You couldn't use the RAC G205 and not use
all of the 4 top buttons (the PTT is on the front). You could use the extra
buttons for elevator trim up and down.

Also the RAC G301 has the PTT switch and a blank faceplate. So you could
drill out the faceplate for one switch. The underlying plastic is the same
for the G30x models so the support will be under the faceplate for as many
or as few switches as you want. $69.

Tommy,
I recommend a std aviation 4-5 button stick grip. I find it very convenient
to have the up-down elevator trim at my fingertips on this grip. I also have
my PTT and EZ-autopilot disconnect there. This works really well.
