Hello:



  I finally had my rv6a painted some months ago. I just finished installing the wheel pants, except for

the fairings, legs/to fuselage and legs to wheel pants/



I was anxious to flight and thought that I would notice, the increase in speed, and maybe smoother flight?



Well to my surprise, what I found was that the plane is not stable now, I had to use the stick constantly

to keep level flight... there was no wind,   5MPh, straight down the run way...



Start as soon as is airborn, is like a different plane now...Does any one has any idea what is happening?

I was very concious, on the second flight, to check  that I was not the cause of it, I could not understand 

why I would, whe I expected the opposite,  I have now 90 hours on my plane.



Does any one have any idea, or suggestions, I feel I am in a different plane..

Sounds scary.  Unstable in which axis?  I'd start with a complete

check of the control system. Maybe there is some slop or play

somewhere.  Is each end of every pushrod secure?

If it is feeling light on the controls and tending to wander in all 

axiis - CG is the first thing I would check.



I am not an experienced RV flyer or test pilot.  But that's what a 

rearward CG feels like.



Be careful not to load anything in the back until you sort out what's 

going on.  If it is CG, that could be more than exciting.

 I am going to take them off, and see if it continous..My last annual, shows everything
