There are numerous issues with the door, the least being the index holes not being right. All fixable but troublesome. Try a search but if that does not help there are many here on the list who have gone before.

A few things on the doors...Make sure you apply the flox/epoxy mixture well into the areas around the windows and door edge You will trim them a lot more than you think Clamp/cleco/tape/ bind them to the cabin top as tight and as best fitted as you can. When the glue sets they will hold that position forever so the best fit will save time fitting later. I highly recommend the flox filling of the cabin top to get that final edge on the cabin top. My doors fit REALLY well, high end car fit..thanks Deems for that method. Your door fit will change with each removal and reinstall. To prevent this latch the doors before tightening the hinges fully...put nutplates in the door side hinges and remove them from those points, leave the hinges attached to the cabin top for ever, this eliminates one area that can change door alignment. Expect to take 40 hours total per door but take your time and the reward is great...Rick SkedN246RSPaint
