I had no problem to find Pennzoil in my little Norwegian town, Michael, so I think you should find it also in the UK. I used full synthetic. It more expensive but it should be better. The only drawback is that the oil, if the engine won't run for a few weeks, will slide down the walls of the engine and will stop protecting it from rust. But ... who doesn't want to fly for weeks?
Note: I have now a Jabiru on my Kitfox but I have found memories of my 582. But I am very, very happy with the Jabiru.
