A suggestion for those assembling the slats.
Use 4 hands to lay the top of the skins onto the ribs. 2 to hold the skin down and 2 to deal with the clecoes. 2 clecoes in the center ribs and then 2 in the outers. Trying to do it by myself met with utter failure.

Before you purchase these, I have a set you can buy at half price. I never used them on my project and they are about 2 years old...
