Trying to figure out just how much of door rebate edges to remove.
There are some obvious voids that need to be cleaned out and filled, but there are some that you can break through with the edge of a piece of G-10 pushing only pretty hard, and yet others that you need to really push hard to breeak through on.
What parameters did those flying use to figure what to leave and not fill?
Has anyone had these voids left alone break off after airtime begins to build?
Thx.

Hello Ron,
I filled only those voids that broke through easily with a sharp awl. I left the rest of them. I have had no issues with my doors do date related to voids. Hope this helps.

Ron,
I did the same as Erich. Only the obvious holes. Fill sand and shape
and your good to go.
