I recall seeing some one discussing screwing plexi down while the green stuff sets, but cant seem to find it in the archives
My kit was in storage for 7 years before I bought it and the plexi is twisted about 2 inches out of shape

Hi Craig
I used L shaped ali cut offs screwed into the window frame not into the plexi,
Make sure you leave a gap around the frame for the redux, The self tapping screws can be tighten to get a even bonding seat for the plexi,
Its easy to fill and sand the screw holes in the normal way after the screen is Bonded
regards
ivor

Well for those almost up to this stage, heres what I opted for, and it seems
to work nicely

I carefully drilled a series of tiny holes about 1cm apart every 50mm or so
along the offending
twisted sections and then used small pieces of stainless tie wire ( the
stuff you all have for
securing all those safety wired nuts and bolts) and wired a mixing stick to
the outside of the plexi
pulling the wire tight from the inside. Later the glued in wire can be
easily removed by heating the
wire with a soldering iron from the inside if it is really stuck.

hope this helps those that are fighting their windows
