Wiring the Icom IC a 200 I had as a result that it receives perfectly but during transmission I have only the carrier. As further info I have a weak return on the earphone during intercomm use.
I checked several times the pin on the Molex connectors and the wiring of the jacks.Seems to be all correct.
It is easy I wrong in some part but right now I did'nt find the solution.
Help me please.
Best greetings

Luigi,

The pilot microphone must connect to Molex pin "J" for the transmitter to operate.

When switching to intercom, both microphones connect to "K"

It is possible to leave the pilot microphone also connected to "J" as well.

You might also check the pin "J" is connecting to the correct terminal on the 3-connection microphone jack, and not the ptt connection instead.

The headset microphone must be amplified dynamic or amplified electret type. most GA headsets are this type. Some have the amplifier inside the mic housing, some have it inside the earcup.

Hope that helps.
Ralph

Thank you Ralph.
I checked again the whole system with no results.
The connections on the molex are right.
If you blow in the mike you can hear a weak answer in the earphone but nothing else.
I tried to measure the resistance of the microphone while speaking but I don't see any change in value shown.
The checks continue.
When I will obtain any result, I'll keep you informed.

p.s.: the first check I made was to install the radio on another plane. It works in both ways.
