I have PMs I have tried to send sitting in the "Out Box". How do I get them to send? Do not archive

Dave, I got your PM but I still don't have a clue how to send one. I write them and hit submit and they sit in the outbox for eternity. I found one I thought I sent on feb 4, 2009 in there today. I'll try and reply to yours, let me know if you get it.
