Perhaps this is too obvious, but how does one after drilling out those solid rivits in the center spar carry through, determine where to drill the top hole in the "angles" at the precise spot to match those holes to put a bolt through. I would think a video of that entire process would be very interesting. [quote][b]

Or like this. An A3 rivet tail will fit in a #30 hole (for an A4 rivet) and an A4 rivet tail will fit a #20 hole (for an A5 rivet).

From having done it, making a video would be a hell of a challenge! Hanging upside down, little direct sight of anything. My mate used a bush to spot through onto the angle. That meant the seatpans were an obstruction but it was 'doable'.
Our centre section was built in the Czech republic and so was dimensionally near perfect, obviously made by CNC machinery - we could probably have drilled the holes off the aircraft and it would have fitted perfectly. But those are not the instructions, and to be fair drilling out the rivets gives some potential for the hole 'wandering'.
