The upgrade plans call for using AN3 or AN4 bolts to attach the spar extrusion, 6-ZU-1-1, to the existing upper spar cap (after drilling out existing rivets. Are there any issues or concerns with having bolts hold the spar cap on in an area that is not accessible for inspection or maintenance?
