Just a $100 HD 720P cam made by Insignia from BestBuy the size of a pack of cigs, I'm happy with it, you should see the original copy. The only thing with it you'll loose some quality the further you zoom, I had it zoomed out all the way on video.  I have to mount it in a foam cradle or something to get the waves out of the picture due to the vibration.

 That's great - I've spent $1,000 + to get that same quality& maybe a few extras, but .........your video is amazing.

 Can you add a "wide angle lens" on an Insignia or would it cost more than the camera?

 I know about the zoom - shakes - I'm guessing they've got the image stabilizer on even the cheap cameras now?



 

 We have a short grass field 1,000 ft max? Houses & trees are in the way.

 Here's one over the Etowah River at the Club field. But this is with an expensive camera

 and apparently not any better quality than yours.

   Good job on the video.  That area looks somewhat familiar to    me.  I spent 3 years in Miles City, MT while stationed at the Air    Force 902 Squadron Radar Base, a loooong time ago.
