I checked your FAA registration and it does not say Kitfox. Am I missing something ? What you are doing is attempting to commit FRAUD yes fraud. I would cancel this listing right away no matter the cost. 50$ is chump change to do this.

Fraud is a very strong word. Defamation is another strong word. The Internet gives people a great sense of anonymity, but in fact it is the exact opposite as we are in a very public place. This a warning shot to stop. Again a warning shot. If you continue to defame my character, for the entire world see, I will have to take aggressive action. I am not trying to cause you any problems. I suspect you unintentionally
attempted to defame me, and urge you to stop at once.
As far as feedback, this person never paid for a cell phone that he wanted me to ship to him. Thus, I did not ship, and now have the negative feedback to prove it. My ad clearly said PayPal only, and he wanted me to ship via COD.
Gentlemen, I came to this forum to explain myself. While most of you have embraced me and offered advice, others like Dave, have taken a strange position. Dave could have called me, but hides behind his computer. Dave, you have my phone #, so call me if you have any further questions.
Thank You to all who have assisted me in selling this plane. It is sad that a few (Dave) have treated in such a bad way.

Steve , you are the one who is defaming your own character by posting a false item for sale and your either too cheap, dumb or just plain stupid to not remove it right away after realizing that what you are advertising is in fact not what you thought it was. Fair enough > REMOVE IT !
Fire you warning shots all you want but you will go no where. You are the fraud here not me. Now these posts will be here to haunt you in the future.

Bring it on STEVE -- I could not care less --big words and all you do is make threats. Take responsibility for your actions to save grief down the road for potential buyers and yourself. Just remove or correct the false and misleading ad.

Gentlemen
Holy smokes, enough is enough. The guy who suggested that his plane was a KF
2 obviously made a mistake. There is no need to crucify him repeatedly.
I know of other people who have left this site because of this kind of
stuff. I too am relatively new to the KF forum (2years)and am really getting
gun shy about responding to questions.
Perhaps the cup could be looked at as half full and not half empty

You need to pull your head out of your ass immediately and adjust to the reality of this.
1) You have posted an advertisement for an ultralight airplane calling it something it
clearly is not. This means you don't know what you're selling. No aircraft owner or
even dealer would be selling something that he can't even provide the name.
2) You are not the registered owner and a search of public records for the aircraft
pictured reveals there is a problem with the registration.
3) You have offered no ordinary knowledge of the status of this aircraft such as
builder's logs, airworthiness status, or even registration status. There is nothing
indicated you have the authority to legally sell this airplane.
4) This all looks like a typical eBay or Craig's list fraud attempt. Given your poor
seller's feedback on eBay, this would cast further doubts to any reasonable buyer on
eBay, regardless of your defense. Incorrect and erroneous feedback is something that
can be addressed and wasn't.
5) Your reaction is typical of eBay and Craig's List scams.

Foo. I've bought and sold many items on eBay and only one time was there ever any
problem and that was resolved and left on the record. When there is improper negative
feedback such as non-compliance with method of payment, there are clear procedures in
eBay's terms of usage.

Be serious. You have explained nothing. Why are you selling an aircraft you neither
own nor can describe?
You have not offered any evidence of builder's logs, air worthiness, current problems
with registration or even the location of the aircraft.
Include me with the likes of Dave. This clearly appears to be an attempted fraud.

I just got off the phone with Mr. Paul Franz. He accused me of not having the plane, not owning the plane, not having this nor that. Again, how does he know this information. I will provide any information asked of me.
I believe he is more confident of my intentions, and hope the aggression toward me stops.
Please, before you post any further nasty things about me, call me, and I will set you straight.

Not sure why there is a problem with the registration C but it can be something simple and innocent. When I bought my Avid MK IV C I forgot to print my name under my signature and so the FAA had to send me the paperwork back to print my name. Untill all that got straightened out C when you looked up my N# the same page came up saying there was a problem with the registration. It took about 2 months before that page quit showing up.
