Thank you for the input. One would think that after flying the FireFly for
ten years I would have known this. But, I have never been comfortable
flying much over 55 mphi with my head sticking out in the air stream. Both
the Rotax 447 and the Victor 1+ would push the FireFly well over 55 mphi at
full throttle.
Did not get the new Tiny Tach installed, and will not for some time as other
activities will keep me away from the airport.
