In fact I mde a 1" diam hole in the lexan. My old lexan windows did not touch, but once a little debris kept open de drain, the door was left open all the week end in the hangar
the driping of gasoline damaged the window, when we changed the new ones was that we decided to make the holes, now in case of driping, the drops will go directly to the floor.

Builders,
I have the old style lexan/aluminum doors on my 701.
After getting everything hooked up, I discover that when the doors are open to the stop, the lexan pushes against the fuel drain.
That has got to be a big problem since lexan and gasoline don't mix.
I wonder what some of you are doing keep the doors from pushing against the fuel drain?
Many thanks and as always, Do Not Archive.
