Dear Listers,
What's the "recommended" tire pressure on the circa 2008 Aero Classic tire/tubes that Van's supplies? I don't see it embossed on the tire anywhere.

Most are using 40 to 42 psig for the mains...

When I was a baby pilot and airplane owner, I was told to inflate the
tire until the outer rib started to lift off the ground .... no getting
a tire gauge in there .... and it would be pretty close to 'right'. I
always get good, even tread wear with this method ..... but I doubt if
ANY specific tire pressure will get even tread wear on an RV.
