In case you have not seen the notices, Rotax has extender major overhaul time for the 912 to 2000-hours. You may need to make some checks and mods to get to 2000, depending on your engine serial number. If I read this right, if your ULS engine SN is below 5646560 or your crank case SN is below 27.811 (2006?) you will need a new crank case to go 2000Hrs. This is a bummer due to the ~$4000 price tag for a crank case.

In addition, Rotax just come out with 4 new 912 manuals. You can download them from
