Jack ,
You are probably reading liters instead of gals. I think setting number 2 is gals. Check your operators manual. I have had the unit swap the settings by itself.

Just installed a F210 on my KF3/582 and getting very very high readings (20GPM). I double checked indicator and it was US GAL/MIN.
I flew today for 1 hard hour and only REALLY burned 6 gal.
Documentation says may be air in line. Anybody else have this problem?
Any ideas??
Transducer is a new replacement.
thanks..jack |

OK...found out today that the F210 seems to reset to liters after engine shutdown. It seems fine when I reset it to gal/hr before each flight. Just made it part of my pre-flight checklist.
thanks for all the comments...Jack
WONDERING if I isolated the F210 during start up if it would work OK..voltage/current spike during start up???
