Does anyone that has Geoff’s panel have any pictures of how you secured the instruments and suck on the panel or any other panel install pics?

Michael, I have pictures posted of my install of the Accuracy Avionic fiberglass panel. I used a 1" wide strip of the Van's aluminum panel and bonded it to the glass with 8-32 studs burried in it. I attach the panel by running nuts down on the studs thru the van's stock support brackets, works well, and no visible screws from the front.

Thanks Bob, that’s similar to what Geoff sends along. What I’m looking for though is how things like the radio racks are attached. The Aerosport panel doesn’t leave a lot of room to get angle or anything on.

I'll post some pictures shortly of the radio rack detail. I took some 1/8" angle aluminum and ripped it to about 5/16" wide and tapped holes for the screws that tie the gns-430 racks to the front. I also made mounting brackets that tie the radio trays to the sub panel. With this method nothing is cantilevered off the front panel.

The folder "instrument panel" is now updated with the center radio stack details. I'll also added a folder today with the installation of my new andair fuel pump in the tunnel. I also added an access door to this area.

Anyone mount a throttle quadrant with the carbon fiber panel. We are just mounting the CP in our 10 , and plan to install the Van's quadrant. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Geoff, I got an e-mail from Bob and I figured that out. I'll be in contact with you. Are you open for business next week?

Hello Geoff
We had a meeting with our build partners today and have decided to proceed with your insert for the quadrant. We are also interested in your arm rest center console. I'll give you a call on Monday.
Ron
