Look here for possible info on building a full size O-2 skymaster:

and then scroll to bottom of the page and look at "Replica O-2A Skymaster".



To quote them:



"We have developed and manufactured a complete full size Replica O-2A

The Skin is manufactured out of composite which is then unitized to a Chromoly (4130)

landing gear, etc. etc.
