Calls for inserting WD-1014C into the WD-1014 torque tube assemblies.
No where can I find dimension for WD-1014C, nor where the plans call
for fabricating same. My parts list shows the 4130 tubing needed, says
the one length is to make the 2 WD-1014C tubes needed. What am I
missing?

If I remember right you make two of them out of the steel tube sent in the
kit. Mine were not labelled and it took me time to measure all the parts to
make sure I was cutting the right tube into two parts.

I have the correct tube identified, but don't see where it says to cut
in half or any other dimension.

just cut it in half, the dimensions of the whole thing are on the next page or so.  you do not have to be very exact as yhere is plenty of play when you put it all together
