Given up building my CH601XL project. Have following for sale (Jan 21, 2010):
ZENITH 601XL OFFICIAL CONSTRUCTION PLANS Set SN 6-7164, in box they were shipped in, $275 including shipping. Bank or Postal Money Order only or cash if you pick up personally. PLEASE NOTE: The transfer of plans ownership will require the buyer to complete a Liability Release document and send it with your purchase check, to me. The plans set will then be sent to you by return mail or in-person should you choose to pick them up personally.
NOTE: A while back I'd printed out the construction manuals (most of them) that are on the cd that came with the planset. Each section, WINGS, FUSELAGE, CANOPY, TAIL EMPENNAGE etc are each in 3-ring binders. I will sell them as a set for $25 PLUS POSTAGE (their box weighs 24 lbs. If you want them, email me (reinkings(at)comcast.net) and supply your mailing zipcode. We can then figure out which way you want them shipped. Simply add that amount to the purchase price and you're all set.

1965 CORVAIR ENGINE - $350 firm (well worth it) (Woodinville, WA)Experimental aircraft builders: 1965 Corvair Engine. Case SN T0902RD, 3 Heads (1 extra) SN 3856759, Crank # 8409. Completely disassembled, cleaned and exteriors primed w/high temp engine paint. Valves removed, rockers etc. Valve covers excellent. LOWER COOLING BAFFLES ARE EXCELENT (no springs)! NO CAM (I'd hoped to get an Otto OT-10). 6 jugs, cleaned and primed, ready for bore. Pushrods look great (I hadn't rolled them however), pushrod tubes excellent, painted. NO pistons or rods. Accessory Case and front cover excellent. NO FLYWHEEL (Can't find it anyplace! Planned on getting a new one at Clarks.) Crankshaft boxed ready to take to regrind. NOTE: Intake Manifold has been filed smooth and polished on each head (I'd planned on having tubes welded on by Magnificent Machine). Studs are all tight and were only coated with dried oil, muck. This is the radio I used throughout my student pilot training. It works flawlessly, has a strong output signal and when mounted on the door panel of the Champ was easy to operate. Shows signs of usage but otherwise is great. Also including the Icom Adapter to allow connection of typical RCA Plugs for headset.
