Anyone else notice the refueling boom deployed?

uhmm..there are some folks looking out towards the runway which means something is going on.
I guess we should keep in mind that it is the Russians and they are known for some of this stuff...and more importantly can get away with it.

Also, it looks like the flight attitude is VERY level (as if on
wheels)....one would think that during a low pass, he'd at least slow
down and elevate just a bit.
