Bob,  

I bought a Schottky Diode from you roughly one year ago.  I installed it today and was unable to get the device mounted so that there was no conductivity between the load screw and the mounting plate.  I did not use excessive force on the screw and the holes are all clean.  I think the Sil Pad got damaged in the install.  Can I buy another one from you ?
