Dennis ,
I could have been a little more descriptive of the problem .
The solenoid on this air valve does not always open . I am thinking
that there is an adjustment of the top part of this valve .

No, the air start valve does not have an adjustment. You may be able to disassemble and clean as it sometimes gets gunked up.
