About to attach the tail cone to the fuselage. What wiring and other work should I do before I attach, any?

Not a bad idea to install the static ports and tubing now. It is good to do an empty conduit run (Vans sells some pretty good light weight stuff) to the end of the tail cone where your tail strobe and position lights will come out. But you have to know which side to run it up.
Antenna wires (VOR and COM) might need to be installed too.
Not a big deal to install later. You will have to crawl up there for something later so do not get too concerned about everything now.
