What works well is to get a "right" hand (passenger) set of "E" brake
pedals for a KF 4. The center hinge tube is a little short so I welded
about a 1" extension to make it long enough. This gives you the same
pedals as the KF4 and they worked well for me. The only remaining issue
was that my big right foot (size 11) would sometimes catch of the
throttle cable bell-crank so I had to remember to keep it low.
You could get John and Debra to make you a pair with a longer center
tube and even powder coat them.

Chris, I took my brake levers off, put a tourch on them and bent them
forward at least an inch just above the rod tab. I still have trouble
keeping my toes off of them! It would be easier if the rudder pedals
were
longer. I have a size 10 foot. I think a size 6 would be about right.
