I've got my elevator trim bellcrank parts all fabricated and primed, and I've test-assembled the F-1095 assembly and all its accessories. There is definitely some friction when I rotate the F-1095B bellcrank. It's not bad, and I bet the servo will be able to rotate it... but the instructions say to make sure that it rotates "freely." Has your experience been that this piece will rotate more or less free of friction? I've got only the -L sized washers in there and can't find a thinner substitute... Any advice on how to grind them down, or what to do to alleviate the friction?
