I work on lightsports and we had the Icom 200 now going to the 210.  I

talked with them about the "switch".   Basically it is a pilot isolate

switch.  My understanding, and I would confirm with Icom,  is that

without the switch, the intercom is always active which seems like a

good thing, except that both mics are active when one PTT is pushed.

This could lead to some interesting transmissions.
