Again, DO NOT ARCHIVE
Brings tears to my eyes.....I really thought we had performed Last Rites on the Scotch Brite pads.
However, now that they have been resurrected, here's a tip for all the New Guys:
Long, long ago....back in the days of civility, we all agreed to refrain from such language except on Friday.
Now, just look, here it is only Wednesday and Tommy messed up really bad.....
So here....SCOTCH BRITE, SCOTCH BRITE, SCOTCH BRITE !!! And may all your kids be born naked!
Greetings to all; it is raining cats & hound dogs here, and three cheers for Tommy!

I recall that this discussion wound up so far off the deep end that a Lister
postulated that if a Sasquatch was ever sighted, he would probably be
carrying a green Scotchbrite!

I've been lurking on this list for more years than I care to remember. I'm slooowly making progress on my plans-built 701.
I have to say that it is really refreshing that the most heated things that STOL builders discuss are scotchbrite, primer selection, polishing systems and slats versus vortex generators. What a relief!

PS
Met a 750 builder at the local airport yesterday... I didn't know about. His plane is almost finished!

What a great great day yesterday was, made flaperon skeletons, went to Wheels and Wings. Saw a pretty good local airshow and heard cars that lope at idle, then had a few beers with the wife and friends... This kids getting older thing is going to work out well!
