I have a YaK 18T and I would like to use ships power for my GPS etc.
How would I go about making some sort of aux plug in?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Get a cigarette lighter installation kit fro Radio Shack. Set it up for the appropriate voltage according to what is required by the GPS. You can install several plug in outlets while you are at it; they need not all be installed on the instrument panel. Side panel installation works well also. Be sure to install a protective circuit breaker for each lighter outlet.
