The right main gear on my Yak 18T won't retract. Actually, I've gotten it to retract a couple of times, but I can't count on it.
Help.

I had that problem on my CJ . I had changed the air hoses and a piece of lint
got loose and plugged
the restrictor in the air line . You may have a foreign object in the line .

You will most likely need to overhaul the gear actuator.

Hi,
There might be few things as problem with actuating cylinder. “simple’ solutions is to replace seals. I got them in stock original Russian complete set.
Very often happens that there is corrosion on internal parts or even corroded or damaged inside plating of cylinder wall.
First open it and see what’s inside. It is not very difficult to change seals but maybe you would need special tool to open it.
BR,
Alfonz
