During several hours of 141kt cruise at 11.5k, smooth air, with an aft cg I continually experienced nose-up trim creep.  Didn't believe it at first, but visually confirmed the wheel slowly turning.  Ever heard of this?  Gary rebuilt the arms in August, so maybe the system is devoid sufficient friction- sure feels smooth.  It would have been annoying in IMC, but was easily solved by shoving a pen adjacent the wheel.
