I can't seem to find the flaperon deflections for my 701. I have the neutral position identified, but I am unsure how how far up and down from neutral the slots need to be cut.

John, if I remember correctly the flapperon up/down deflections are 13 degrees. The flap deflection is supposed to be 15. This gives you a total of 28 down and 13 up.

But as I said, the above information is based on memory so double check before cutting aluminum.

Aileron (flaperons) UP 13 +/- 1
  Down 13 +/- 1

Flap Max   16 +/- 2


Elevator   UP 32 to 35
    Down 28 to 30

The flaps are designed to go down 15 degrees, Travels are on one of the drawings that shows all travels.
