I am installing a new fiberglass tank . All holes were just tapped threads
in the tank. don't know if they were all done that way.

On the inboard rear of the tank. Have one on each side. Never could get
them calibrated.

I am removing the wing tanks from my Mod 3. The left tank started leaking a little so I am going to the nylon ones from Wingtanks.com. I was home on leave last week and removed the left one and the glass has some spiderwebs forming in the lower surface. I did not reveal the right one so I cannot say if it is in better condition. I will be home in March and the tanks will come off promptly after that. You are welcome to them for shipping costs at that time if you like.

James

I have two new 6 gal fiberglass tanks for a M3 that I did not use. One is warped, and I worked on making it fit. In the end, I splurged on the plastic tanks. They were never installed in the plane.

Let em know if you're interested.
