Hi to all
Does anyone have any experience (or know someone who
has) with these floats being filled with nitrogen gas
instead of compressed air.
Removing the bladders every season to drain the
condensation water can be a pain in the neck in the
long run.
Regards
Mich

It might be easier to use a paint spray setup when you fill. My compressor
has a air dryer that would probably remove enough moisture to prevent
condensation.

I once needed really dry air from my paint compressor. I ran 50 feet of
air hose coiled up in an ice chest filled with ice, then to a painting
air dryer (water separator), then to my hose going to the sprayer. The
cold air hose really forced out all the moisture so when it got to the
water separator it collected a lot of water that I probably would not
have gotten out without cooling the air coming out of the compressor. It
worked great.

I believe, though am not certain, that the bladder material is urethane.
Moisure vapor tranmission through this film occurs over time.
Dry air is a good starting point.
