I have 2 Bose Aviation X headsets for sale. They're both panel powered
models. They work fine and are in good shape. One does have some
scuffing on the Bose logo on the earcup...only cosmetic. I can take
pictures if you need. $550 each.
Shoot me an OFF-line email if you're interested.

Any takers for the headsets yet?
Can one add these in parallel to a standard pair of headset jacks to use
standard headset OR plane powered Bose?

That's the recommended install - parallel with "old style" jacks.

Nothing yet. Yes, I had all 4 of my jacks paralleled like
that....I still have it that way in the front seats.
Bose has a wiring diagram for what to connect. We never
used the standard jacks.
