Hi All,
Is it just me or does any one else think that the kolb list is turning into a comercial for Viking
engines?Frank

Frank,

I'm not sure I understand what you're getting at.  I don't recall seeing anything about
Viking engines.  In fact, I don't think I've ever heard of a Viking engine.  What references
are there to these engines are there?  I must have missed them.   ????

PS  I hope to be able to start my engine soon, but if it would warm up, it would be a lot
sooner!!!  Sure is hard to get a lot done in my shop, when my soda pop freezes up solid.
(it really did!!!)

The Viking (Honda Fit) is a hot topic on several of the other Matronic sites because the first 25 engines are on the verge or just delivered for the approx $10K. Only mentioned in Kolb archives last September. I subscribe to several of the Matronics lists and have more than once sent an appropriate response to the inappropriate list group........

I thought the vikings used sails and oars for power. Is there an internal combustion rune stone out there somewhere?

If there are as good as the Honda motorcycles, boat engines and other small engines I have on equipment I have used for many years I will be checking into them.
I like my 912 UL and 503 but they have just gotten out of line in pricing and parts.

Apoligies to Kolb list, Some how I got on an E-mail list from Viking Engines (Honda Fit) got about dozen a day. They
were mixed up with those from the Kolb list. I just didn't pay enough attention to who they were coming from. Been going on for about a week. try to stay more alert in the future. Thanks for your patience.

Frank
